Housing, bra­cket and other com­pon­ents

We were respon­si­ble for the con­s­truc­ti­ve lay­out and design of the indi­vi­du­al parts and com­pon­ents. We also crea­ted the asso­cia­ted plan­ning, pro­duc­tion and assem­bly dra­wings. We desi­gned and sel­ec­ted the requi­red purcha­sed parts, car­ri­ed out the purcha­sing of the neces­sa­ry com­pon­ents, super­vi­sed the pre­fa­bri­ca­ti­on and final­ly coor­di­na­ted the final assem­bly.

We set all the neces­sa­ry tasks for the suc­cessful design, plan­ning and deve­lo­p­ment of the mecha­ni­cal com­pon­ents for the vacu­um dry­er. From the design of the indi­vi­du­al com­pon­ents and the asso­cia­ted dra­wings to the purcha­se of the requi­red parts. The coor­di­na­ti­on of the final assem­bly was also one of our tasks.

Unloa­ding with the 20-foot con­tai­ner

In this con­text, we were respon­si­ble for assembling the con­trol cabi­nets and sup­port­ing the e-assem­bly. Our tasks ran­ged from the receipt of goods and qua­li­ty con­trol to the sto­rage of stan­dard parts and pro­ject-rela­ted com­pon­ents to the pre­pa­ra­ti­on of the sys­tem assem­bly inclu­ding the pro­vi­si­on of the neces­sa­ry com­pon­ents. In addi­ti­on to the pro­duc­tion of auxi­lia­ry tools, we natu­ral­ly also car­ri­ed out a final func­tion test.

The impact reac­tor in assem­bly and qua­li­ty assu­rance

When imple­men­ting the impact reac­tor, RET focu­sed on a detail­ed pro­cess chain from goods receipt to the final func­tion­al test. Meti­cu­lous qua­li­ty con­trol and the sto­rage of spe­ci­fic com­pon­ents for­med the basis for effi­ci­ent sys­tem assem­bly. In addi­ti­on to the assem­bly of the com­pon­ents, the pre­pa­ra­ti­on also included the pro­duc­tion of auxi­lia­ry tools. The assem­bly its­elf and the final func­tion­al test ensu­red that the impact reac­tor met the high requi­re­ments for pre­cis­i­on and relia­bi­li­ty.

Pre­cis­i­on work on the vacu­um dry­er

The instal­la­ti­on of the vacu­um dry­er in the tech­ni­cal cen­ter began with careful goods receipt and accu­ra­te qua­li­ty con­trol. The clear sto­rage and pre­pa­ra­ti­on of the com­pon­ents ensu­red a smooth assem­bly pro­cess. The team manu­fac­tu­red spe­ci­fic auxi­lia­ry tools and, through pro­fes­sio­nal assem­bly and final test­ing, ensu­red that the vacu­um dry­er offers excel­lent per­for­mance and relia­bi­li­ty, which our cus­to­mers and part­ners can expe­ri­ence during tri­als in the tech­ni­cal cen­ter.

Hot com­mis­sio­ning and cus­to­miza­ti­on
