Flexible Discharging
All RET discharge versions are based on the latest and safest high-voltage discharge technology for Li-ion battery storage systems and modules. The discharge power of the system is freely definable via the number of channels installed and their power at different voltage levels. In installations with many channels, each individual channel can be operated completely independent of all others. Thanks to the fundamentally bidirectional design, our discharge variants can convert power with high efficiency from the batteries to the local grid and vice versa.
The intelligent sensor technology ensures precise monitoring and control of the discharging process, which optimizes safety and efficiency. The modular adaptability allows flexible application to different battery sizes and types, thus ensuring a wide range of applications.

We equip all discharging units with digital controls to make your work easier. The touchscreen-based control system enables all discharge parameters to be clearly adjusted and controlled. The operator can create parametric recipes for discharging and diagnosing different battery systems and save the recorded log data. The discharging systems are designed for seamless integration into the receiving inspection and dismantling of battery systems.

Discharging Versions
Compact, powerful and flexible. With our smallest version, we install the complete unloading technology in a 19″ mobile rack. This smallest version of our discharging technology combines high performance with impressive flexibility and enables effortless use at different locations thanks to its practical, rollable design - without requiring a lot of personnel.

From compact 19 inches to impressive 20 feet - we designed our container system specifically for larger requirements. Each 20-foot container is fully equipped with our advanced discharge technology, pre-wired and ready for immediate use. The systems are optimally designed for connection to various battery types and low-voltage infrastructure and offer a plug-and-play solution for a variety of application scenarios. The containers can be set up inside and outside buildings, have independent air conditioning and are protected against the ingress of dust and water.
The process is controlled via high-quality, industrial-grade touch PCs, which enable intuitive and efficient remote control. Battery discharging in practice
A German specialist recycler has been using various mobile discharging machines from Reckelberg Environmental Technologies for some time to safely discharge end-of-life battery systems. In the course of the market ramp-up of BEVs, a recycling plant for lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of over 20,000 tons per year will be put into operation at the site. In order to discharge a sufficient quantity of batteries for this, the customer has decided to install an additional stationary RET discharge system with a much larger capacity.
